Job summary

ESS Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Technician for on-site duties at our GMP manufacturing site. You will liaise with Eirdata personnel and contractors, manage work orders, and ensure preventive maintenance and repairs are prioritized and completed promptly.

The role requires strong communication, team orientation, and experience with maintenance management systems. Training will be provided for HVAC commissioning and related site activities.

Qualifications

• GMP manufacturing experience required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Experience with maintenance management systems preferred.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders and coordinate with site team.
• Liaise with on-site Eirdata personnel and contractors.
• Ensure PMs and repairs are prioritized and completed promptly.
• Assist invoicing to capture time and expenses monthly.
• Maintain site documentation per client requirements.
• Training will be provided for HVAC commissioning and maintenance.
