Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Manager, Trial Supplies Management to execute supply strategies for all investigational products in clinical development, guided by scientific and regulatory requirements with minimal supervision.

You will collaborate with internal Global Clinical Supply Chain teams and external partners to plan and optimize supply, monitor inventory and drug utilization, coordinate packaging/labeling, and support IRT, CSO, and change controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Pharma industry related experience.
• Minimum 1-year Clinical Supplies / Development with Global experience or equivalent.
• Moderate / Strong knowledge of the global drug development process and global regulatory requirements.
• Proficient and strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient and strong Project management skills.
• Strong knowledge of Planning and related areas (Manufacturing, Packaging & Labeling, IVRS, Logistics, Quality, Stability).
• Proficient knowledge of import / export requirements.
• Proficient/Strong knowledge of IVRS and CTMS systems.
• Ability to build/drive internal team consensus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with internal GCSC teams and external Customers and Service Providers to ensure needs are met.
• Partners with the Clinical Supply Lead in planning and communicating the clinical supply chain strategy.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of GCSC processes in cross-functional meetings.
• Contributes to strategies for continuous improvement within and across departments.
• Monitors inventory and drug utilization vs forecast across countries.
• Issues packaging/labeling requests to CSO aligned with master planning timelines.
• Supports use date extension activities and related labeling.
• Executes distribution strategies and maintains supply plans at depots and sites.
• Participates in meetings providing data and mitigating risks.
