Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Manager, Trial Supplies Management to execute supply strategies for investigational products within the Global Clinical Supply Chain. You will work with internal GCSC teams and external partners to ensure timely, compliant delivery across global studies.

Role involves planning, inventory monitoring, protocol inputs, and contributing to continuous improvement while upholding regulatory and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Pharma industry related experience.
• Minimum 1-year Clinical Supplies / Development with Global experience or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of global drug development process and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, communication and project-management skills.
• Ability to lead, influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Executes supply strategies for investigational product with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with Global Clinical Supply Chain teams and external partners to meet needs.
• Plan and communicate clinical supply chain strategy to global studies.
• Identify risks and contribute to mitigation plans in cross-functional settings.
• Monitor inventory and manage packaging/labeling timelines in line with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare documentation for inspections and support audit readiness.
