Job summary

Expeditors Dublin is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support smooth freight process flow and accurate data entry in our operational system. You will track and trace Transcon files, handle client and vendor billing, and ensure timely delivery and clearance where applicable.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year related experience and a proactive, organized approach. Hazardous Materials certification is a plus, and a strong focus on customer service and supplier relations is essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Understanding of ocean documentation process a plus
• Effective interpersonal skills, including listening, comprehension and clear communication to obtain positive results
• Pro-active, strong organizational skills
• Hazardous Materials certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system
• Track and Trace Transcon files and reporting
• Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing
• Ensure delivery of freight and timely clearance when applicable
• Interact with customers in arranging their shipments to meet service standards
• Contribute to and maintain good relationships with suppliers
• Meet KPI standards in accordance with Company policy
• Understand customers procedures and maintain updated internal DLSOPs
