Job summary

SIG Susquehanna in Dublin is seeking a capable Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our Dublin-based team, collaborating with traders, technology managers, developers and domain experts to drive and deliver business and technology initiatives across the full trading lifecycle.

You will partner with the business to define requirements across front and middle office, translate them into roadmaps, manage plans, coordinate tech teams, and report status while ensuring timely delivery and risk

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years project management and business analyst experience in Financial Services.
• Understanding of operational trade flows across multiple asset classes.
• Experience delivering business and technology initiatives in a trading environment from requirements to production go-live.
• Strong leadership, planning, estimation and risk management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication; adept with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Represent Technology in cross-functional, global projects with Legal, Trading, Operations, Compliance and Risk.
• Define project scope and translate requirements into roadmaps and deliverables.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure transparency and buy-in.
• Provide status reports, dashboards and meeting minutes.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for developers.
• Coordinate technology teams to achieve project objectives and timely delivery.
• Drive prioritisation and resource alignment for high-impact initiatives.
• Collaborate with developers and testers to fulfill requirements; support UAT.
