Job summary

Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese is essential, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in import/export operations or international freight forwarding. Knowledge of EU customs compliance is important.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export of mobile devices and tech products.
• Arrange international shipments from overseas suppliers to Ireland.
• Prepare and manage import/export and customs documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Irish, EU and international regulations.
• Liaise with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders and brokers.
• Monitor shipments and resolve transport or documentation issues.
• Provide shipment updates to management and relevant departments.
• Assist with international returns and warranty shipments as required.
