Job summary

Logitech in Cork, Ireland is seeking a Global Talent Programs Intern for a 6-month hybrid internship. You will support onboarding, university relations, mentorship, and leadership development, while handling learning calendars, program marketing, and reporting.

You’ll work with an extended Global Talent team to apply data-driven insights, optimize processes, and promote an inclusive workplace culture. The role offers hybrid on-site and remote collaboration and exposure to global talent

Qualifications

• University degree in HR/Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
• Strong interest in learning and development and global talent initiatives.
• Analytical skills with Excel (vlookups, pivot tables), data reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with design/content creation for program marketing.
• Strong organizational and event/calendar coordination with attention to detail.
• Relationship-building across levels and with external university partners.
• Process and quality mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovative solutions.
• Highly adaptable with ability to multi-task and meet tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Support Global Onboarding with coordination of high-touch experiences for new hires globally.
• Assist University Relations initiatives, early career outreach, and intern cohort programming.
• Maintain succession pipelines and support development/action tracking in systems.
• Coordinate global mentorship engagement and track program participation.
• Provide operational support for leadership development initiatives, workshops, and learning tracks.
• Gather, maintain, and analyze talent metrics to generate dashboards and insights.
• Coordinate learning calendar aligned with the Learning Management Platform and track registrations.
