Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Manager, Trial Supplies Management in Ireland. You will execute supply strategies for investigational products with minimal supervision, collaborating across GCSC, vendors, and study teams to ensure seamless supply for global clinical studies.

The role emphasizes planning, risk mitigation, and adherence to regulatory requirements, with opportunities to influence protocol timelines and supply strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Pharma industry related experience.
• Minimum 1-year Clinical Supplies / Development with Global experience or equivalent experience.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute.
• Moderate / Strong knowledge of the global drug development process and global regulatory requirements.
• Proficient and strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient and strong Project management skills.
• Strong knowledge of Planning and related areas such as Manufacturing, Packaging & Labeling, IVRS, Logistics, Quality, Stability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with internal Global Clinical Supply Chain teams and external Customers and Service Providers to ensure all needs are met.
• Partners with the Clinical Supply Lead in planning and communicating the clinical supply chain strategy for global studies.
• Contributes to continuous improvement strategies within the department and cross-functional teams.
• Influences timelines, study design, and country selection; contributes to protocol development and amendments.
• Monitors inventory and forecast-based drug utilization across country requirements and timelines.
• Coordinates packaging/labeling requests to ensure regulatory-compliant labels.
• Supports Use Date Extension activities and feedback for depots and sites.
• Drives timely delivery of quality clinical supplies by collaborating with internal and external sources.
