Job summary

Novartis Ireland is seeking an experienced Senior Scientific Engagement & Program Manager to lead planning, coordination and execution of medical and scientific engagement activities across oncology, cardiovascular, renal, neuroscience and immunology. You will work with IMA and IMACE to translate strategy into actionable plans ensuring compliant, audit-ready execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in scientific engagement delivery and program/project management in pharma or life sciences.
• Experience coordinating medical or scientific engagement activities (advisory boards, congresses, standalone meetings, EEEs) or medical education programs.
• Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute medical and scientific engagement activities (advisory boards, congress activities, standalone meetings, EEEs, medical education programs) with high-quality delivery aligned to objectives.
• Translate engagement strategies into detailed operational plans, timelines and deliverables across programs, brands and therapeutic areas.
• Lead day-to-day project planning, including milestones, logistics, materials and readiness for events.
