Job summary

Novartis Ireland in Dublin is seeking a Global Clinical Operations AI Program Associate Director to lead the delivery of the AI portfolio, translating ideas into scalable, compliant solutions that improve how teams work.

You will partner across Clinical Operations, Development AI, Data, Digital and IT to drive adoption, manage multiple workstreams, and ensure governance, risk and compliance in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Postgraduate qualification is beneficial.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, delivery, and reporting across the Global Clinical Operations AI portfolio.
• Monitor progress, risks, and milestones to support decision-making.
• Deliver portfolio reporting using standardized KPIs and metrics.
• Maintain an integrated AI roadmap with Product Owners and Platform Leads.
• Coordinate governance activities including intake, prioritization, and approvals.
• Support adoption of self-service, low-code and AI solutions.
• Lead change management, communications, and launch readiness for AI initiatives.
• Apply program management practices including value tracking and benefits realization.
