Job summary

daa is seeking a Retail Systems Analyst to manage and optimise ARI’s global ERP, omnichannel and eCommerce with a focus on Dynamics 365 Business Central, LS Central and merchandising processes. You will bridge Global & Local IT, Retail Operations and Finance, delivering requirements analysis, process refinement and system improvements across ERP, POS, inventory and integrations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role in multi-site retail operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Greek or Portuguese is a plus.
• Good understanding of API, integrations and data flows.
• Experience in Microsoft Navision/Business Central a distinct advantage.
• Dynamics 365 certification is advantageous.
• Strong analytics and requirements gathering skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, LS Central, eCommerce platforms, and related retail technologies.
• Manage system integrations between ERP, eCommerce, reporting platforms and third-party solutions.
• Lead the resolution of application, integration and operational issues with troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Support merchandising and retail operations including inventory, pricing, promotions, and back-office processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
• Coordinate system enhancements, testing, releases and upgrades.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and governance across retail tech landscape.
• Act as liaison between IT, vendors and business functions for strategic initiatives.
