Aerogen, Galway, Ireland, is seeking a Global Marketing Manager- Acute Care to shape and execute go-to-market strategies across international markets. You will translate complex aerosol drug delivery tech into compelling value stories for healthcare professionals, patients, and regulators.

You will lead brand strategy, product launches, and digital marketing while partnering with R&D, regulatory, sales and medical affairs to drive growth and market access.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with in-depth marketing experience in healthcare or medical devices.
• Proven ability to develop and execute global marketing strategies in regulated industries.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization and delivering on a vision.

Mansioni

• Strategic Marketing Leadership: develop and implement go-to-market strategy for Acute Care globally.
• Lead market research to identify trends, needs and competitive dynamics in aerosol drug delivery.
• Define global brand strategy with Global Comms and ensure regional consistency.
• Collaborate on global product launches with R&D, regulatory, sales and medical affairs.
• Oversee digital marketing, including online campaigns, SEO, social media and content.
• Engage KOLs, clinicians and experts to support credibility and adoption.
• Manage global marketing budgets for ROI optimization.
• Coordinate regulatory and compliance considerations with regulatory/legal teams.
• Develop value strategies for market access, pricing and HEOR where needed.
• Align marketing with product development and regional teams; track performance with KPIs.
• Report on performance and adjust plans to evolving market conditions.
