Job summary

Fidelity International in Dublin seeks an Assistant Manager for Global Regulatory Reporting to support the regulatory reporting and disclosure obligations across PRIIPs KIDs, UCITS KIIDs and related requirements. You will partner with teams in Gurgaon and Dalian to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant outputs.

The role emphasizes data quality, strong controls, and cross‑functional collaboration with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product and Technology.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of investment fund regulatory reporting and disclosure obligations (PRIIPs KIDs, UCITS KIIDs).
• Experience operating in a controlled regulatory environment with focus on data quality and risk management.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Associate Director and team in delivering regulatory reporting obligations.
• Review outputs, perform data quality checks and resolve issues to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Identify process improvements and opportunities to automate and standardise reporting.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product, Tech and Operations on regulatory changes.
