Job summary

KKR is seeking an experienced regulatory lawyer with at least seven years post-qualification experience in financial services regulation to join its Legal & Compliance team in Dublin. The role focuses on advising, coordinating, and managing regulatory submissions worldwide for transactions and executive appointments, coordinating with external counsel and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years post-qualification experience in financial services regulation.
• Experience coordinating multi-party regulatory filings globally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Advise on and manage financial regulatory matters and filings across global jurisdictions, working with Legal, Compliance, Finance, deal teams, and external counsel.
• Manage end-to-end filing preparation and submission per established procedures, providing legal analysis and ensuring steps are completed on schedule.
• Maintain documentation and records systems of regulatory advice and filing activity.
• Track and monitor regulated entities, interpreting regulatory obligations for corporate changes and personnel updates.
• Work with internal stakeholders and external counsel to provide up-to-date information to antitrust, FDI, and financial regulators.
