Job summary

KKR is seeking an experienced Funds Paralegal to support transactions and investment funds within its Legal & Compliance team. The role requires coordinating regulatory submissions across jurisdictions, maintaining records, and liaising with external counsel, finance, and deal teams to ensure timely and accurate filings.

The ideal candidate has seven or more years of experience in funds and strong organisational and communication skills, with proficiency in AI tools and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience working with investment funds and/or fund entity management.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating multi‑party processes across internal teams, external counsel, and regulators.
• Exceptional organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all work product.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including with senior executives.
• Proficiency in using AI assisted tools.
• Law degree or paralegal certification with substantial relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage transaction- and fund-related legal and regulatory filings across fund structures and entities across global jurisdictions.
• Oversee end-to-end fund documentation, filing preparation, and submission per procedures.
• Maintain documentation and records systems of fund entities, closings, and filing activity.
• Track and monitor corporate and fund entities and advise on regulatory obligations for changes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to keep regulators and service providers up to date.
