Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 5+ years in a customer- or client-facing role supporting Trust and Safety vendor operations.
• 5+ years building relationships with stakeholders or clients.
• 5+ years of experience improving and identifying issues in processes and creating solutions with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build/Support a global quality program across workflows and processes.
• Design and deploy quality programs for data labeling in AI/ML.
• Improve KPIs by evolving the Quality Assurance system to identify and act on opportunities in processes, tools, and training.
