Job summary

John Paul Construction Limited is seeking an accomplished Quality leader to shape and govern the Group Quality Strategy across regions. You will drive a 'right first time' culture, ensure IMS alignment with ISO standards, and act as the executive owner for quality across the organisation.

You will build and mentor regional Quality Managers, establish robust governance, lead internal and external audits, and report to the Executive Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years' construction experience with senior quality leadership.
• Proven track record leading quality programmes across multiple projects/regions.
• Extensive experience in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with large main contractors, developers, or construction groups.
• Strong audit, risk management and continuous improvement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Group Quality Strategy across regions and business units.
• Establish a consistent quality framework and governance across projects.
• Act as executive leader for all quality matters and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead internal and external audits and close out findings and actions.
• Collaborate with construction, technical, design, commercial and HSEQ teams.
