Job summary

John Paul Construction is seeking a senior Quality leader to shape and drive the Group Quality Strategy. You will establish a consistent quality framework across locations, lead audits, and report to the Executive Leadership Team to support international growth.

The role requires extensive ISO 9001 experience, strong audit discipline, and ability to mentor regional Quality Managers and project teams.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Surveying or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of construction industry experience with senior leadership in quality management.
• Proven track record in large Main Contractor, Developer, or Construction Group.
• Extensive experience leading quality programmes across multiple projects, regions or business units.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience managing quality functions across complex, large-scale construction projects.
• Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Group Quality Strategy aligned with growth plans and objectives.
• Establish a consistent quality framework across all business units, projects and regions.
• Act as the executive leader for all quality-related matters across the organisation.
• Drive a culture of right first time delivery, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Promote quality as a differentiator in winning and delivering projects.
• Maintain and improve the Group Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and align with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
