Job summary

Uniphar seeks a Quality Director to lead the Group Global Quality function, shaping a harmonised QMS across geographies. You will oversee GxP compliance, vendor management, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives within GMP sites.

This role reports to the Technical Operations Director and guides global quality strategy and governance. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in pharma/life sciences, strong CSV experience, and proven leadership in matrixed, multinational environments with

Qualifications

• Must have broad QMS and GxP knowledge with regulatory awareness.
• Experience with computer systems validation and lifecycle management.
• Proven leadership in global quality programs and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead global QMS design, implementation, and continuous improvement.
• Govern Global Vendor Management System and supplier qualifications.
• Define global quality strategy, compliance, and regulatory readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement and technology-enabled process efficiency.
• Provide leadership to global/ regional quality teams and governance forums.
