Medtronic in Galway is seeking an experienced R&D Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of CRM delivery system products. You will drive project plans, manage budgets, and ensure delivery on time and quality.
The role requires a degree in Engineering or Science with 5+ years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree with 3+ years), and familiarity with PM tools, design controls for medical devices, and strong leadership and communication skills.

We lead the market in Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) solutions, developing innovative technologies for patients across the Cardiac Pacing, Defibrillation and Patient Monitoring therapy spaces. Our Galway based product development teams focus primarily on the creation of catheter technologies that deliver these therapies to patients, ensuring the procedure is safe and reliable for patients and physicians. As a R&D Program Manager within the Galway CRM Team, you will work with cross functional core teams throughout product lifecycles to develop, commercialise & maintain CRM delivery system products.
