Job summary

Diageo is seeking a Product Compliance Team Lead to guide a team of regulatory specialists across markets from Dublin, London or Menstrie. You will own product compliance approval processes and lead reporting, pipeline management and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires a technical degree in Food Science/Engineering, strong cross-functional leadership and proven ability to work with remote teams to deliver compliance for Breakthrough Innovation projects and ongoing regulatory support.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science, Science or Engineering or equivalent
• Proven cross-functional leadership and regulatory expertise
• Strong communication skills and ability to guide remote teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Regulatory Specialists and manage product compliance issues
• Own product compliance approval processes and onboarding plans
• Manage project pipeline and reporting to stakeholders
• Provide regulatory expertise to markets, categories and sites
• Lead horizon scanning and influence regulatory strategy
