Job summary

Diageo in Dublin, Republic of Ireland, is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to provide technical, analytical and microbiological support within the core production team to ensure the highest product quality on site.

You will work shifts across brewing and utilities, perform analytical testing, and drive continuous improvement using Manufacturing Excellence tools while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to meet safety, quality and KPI goals.

Qualifications

• Relevant science degree or equivalent.
• Experience working in laboratory setting.
• Clear understanding of GMP and GLP.
• Experience in production/manufacturing environment, preferably food, beverage or pharmaceuticals.
• Experience using LIMS system, e.g. Harford.

Responsibilities

• Shift pattern work across analytical, chemical and microbiological testing.
• Support production team to ensure highest standards of product quality.
• Apply Manufacturing Excellence tools to drive lab performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet site KPIs.
