Job summary

Alloy Enterprises seeks an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to lead and develop our procurement function as our global business grows. You will shape sourcing strategy, strengthen supplier partnerships, and drive value across direct and indirect spend.

You will lead a team of procurement professionals and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Product Development to support growth, innovation, and operational excellence across our global manufacturing footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years' procurement experience in global manufacturing/industrial.
• Proven success in strategic sourcing and procurement strategies.
• Experience in supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, and project-based procurement.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing significant spend.
• Proven leadership to build high-performing teams.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a global procurement strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead sourcing and category management across direct materials, components, subcontractors, and indirect spend.
• Drive cost optimisation, supplier performance, supply continuity, and risk management initiatives.
• Lead procurement activities across key projects from concept to implementation and scale-up.
• Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships, leading complex negotiations.
• Develop and coach a high-performing procurement team with a collaborative culture.
• Deliver measurable cost savings and value improvement using total cost of ownership.
• Represent procurement in cross-functional governance and stakeholder engagement.
• Leverage ERP and procurement systems to monitor spend and supplier performance.
