Job summary

Teleflex seeks a Global Head of Procurement to define and execute the enterprise-wide procurement vision, strategy, and operating model. You will lead a globally dispersed team, partnering with Operations, R&D, Commercial, Quality, and Finance to drive value, resilience, and sustainability.

The role emphasizes supplier partnerships, strategic sourcing, risk management, and digital transformation across Teleflex’s global spend portfolio, with travel up to 50% and engagement at the executive level.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive procurement, sourcing, and supply chain leadership experience.
• Experience leading global procurement in highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record delivering transformation and sustainable value creation.
• Experience influencing C‑suite stakeholders and presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a global procurement vision aligned with corporate strategy.
• Lead global sourcing strategies across direct materials and services.
• Drive supplier risk management, continuity planning, and ESG goals.
• Develop and execute procurement transformation and digital initiatives.
• Lead mergers, acquisitions, and business integration procurement activities.
• Coach and develop a high‑performing global procurement team.
