Job summary

Teleflex is seeking a Supply Planner to manage the supply of products from forecast to plant output, partnering with 3PFG sites and business units to translate commercial objectives into executable supply plans.

The role involves driving the S&OP process, optimizing inventories, and resolving supply constraints across Teleflex’s manufacturing network using ERP systems and global planning capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Supply Planning or related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent.
• APICS CSCP certification desirable.
• ERP / Planning Systems knowledge.
• Understanding of manufacturing at 3PFG plants and service levels.

Responsibilities

• Identify analytical problems related to RWE and develop scalable, data-driven solutions.
• Manage Demand and Supply to minimize back orders and optimal inventory levels.
• Be part of the S&OP monthly cycle and drive supply reviews with 3PFG plant contacts.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning & Customer Service to maximize revenues.
• Communicate with SBUs/Regions on supply issues and manufacturing plans.
• Proactively manage potential supply constraints due to quality, regulatory or technical issues.
• Analyze constraints and propose innovative solutions to resolve them quickly.
• Coordinate with the wider planning team to optimize global material flow from plants to DCs.
• Escalate to 3PFG suppliers as first escalation level for supply constraints.
• Maintain ERP system data from order placement to reliable supply dates.
