Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Process Validation for a hybrid role with onsite three days weekly and relocation assistance.

Reporting to the Director of Global Validation and Metrology Services, you will steer the validation strategy for Global Technical Operations, qualifying equipment, facilities, utilities, and processes to GMP standards. You will lead a globally dispersed team, harmonize validation standards, and drive risk-based validation across sites

Qualifications

• 10+ years in validation engineering within a cGMP setting.
• Proven leadership of global cross‑functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, EU GMP, CFR Part 820.
• Experience with validation of equipment, facilities and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a global Validation Engineering team with strategy, planning and execution.
• Harmonize validation standards across the Global Technical Operations network.
• Review and approve qualification/validation docs (IQ/OQ/PQ) and FAT/SAT.
• Drive risk-based, science-led validation approaches and continuous improvement.
• Develop Site Validation Master Plans and oversee cross‑site programs.
• Partner with Quality, Manufacturing and Engineering to meet customer needs.
• Lead meetings, train staff, and ensure compliant electronic validation documentation.
