Job summary

PCI TRGR Penn Pharmaceutical Services Ltd is looking for an Associate Director of Validation in Stamullen, Co. Meath. This pivotal role involves leading validation activities for processes and systems at our Pharma Services site.

The successful candidate will guide the Validation Team, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met, while driving improvements in an ever-evolving environment.

Candidates should possess a relevant degree and have over 10 years of Validation experience. Strong management and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of experience working in Validation across Qualifications and Process Validation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to convey validation strategies effectively.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of validation tasks at PCI Ireland Pharma Services sites.
• Define Validation KPIs and manage the validation team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and client expectations.
