Job summary

Force Recruitment and Outsourcing is seeking a Validation Lead for a greenfield site in Tralee, Kerry. You will lead the Validation team, manage engineers (staff and external), coordinate activities, and drive continuous improvement to keep processes validated.

You will ensure GMP, data integrity and risk-based validation across facilities, equipment, systems, and processes, and provide strategic leadership of the Validation lifecycle from planning to maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or Scientific discipline or proven relevant in‑depth experience.
• Extensive experience in a similar role with validation leadership capability.
• cGMP start‑up experience advantageous.
• Strong ability to progress complex technical projects and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Validation team; foster a high‑performance culture.
• Ensure stable supply and delivery of departmental objectives; drive KPIs.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, GDP, environmental, safety and governance requirements.
• Contribute to site and global strategy; deliver strategic projects on time and within budget.
