Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years in commercial, marketing, or technical roles within polymers or the broader chemical industry.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of P&L, cash flow, and investment cases.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead market and portfolio strategy for assigned Performance Plastics businesses.
• Develop and implement global 5-year and annual marketing plans aligned with business strategy.
• Conduct market analysis, segmentation, and participation strategies.
• Align regional sales and cross-functional teams to balance global direction with local execution.
• Lead primary and secondary market intelligence gathering and reporting.
• Define price-premium guidelines by segment and product grade.
• Identify profitable opportunities through customer and value-chain insight.
• Explore opportunities in sustainable polymer technologies and guide R&D.
• Provide marketing input to cross-functional project teams.
