Job summary

Trinseo is seeking an IT Director, Enterprise Applications & Architecture to shape the global technology landscape and deliver scalable, secure solutions. You will build partnerships with senior leaders, translate strategy into roadmaps, and lead Enterprise Applications, Architecture, and BI/Analytics teams to enable growth and digital transformation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
10+ years of progressive technology leadership in enterprise applications.
Experience leading SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA in a global manufacturing context.
Experience with large-scale ERP transformation and modernization.
Executive oversight of Data & Analytics platforms, governance and insights.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with Finance, HR, Procurement, and Operations.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a global enterprise technology strategy aligned with business priorities.
Lead governance, support, enhancement, and modernization of SAP ECC/S4HANA and integrated systems.
Own the application lifecycle and multiyear roadmap, improving resilience and user experience.
Provide strategic direction for BI/Analytics capabilities and data governance.
Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and cross‑functional program delivery.
