Job summary

Meta is seeking a Payroll Manager to join our International Payroll team in Dublin. You will co-lead payroll operations across 39 countries in APAC, EMEA and LATAM, partnering with outsourced providers to standardize processes, automate where possible, and share accountability for end-to-end payroll strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in payroll operations with multi-country payroll teams across more than one region.
• Experience managing managers or team leads, including dispersed remote members across time zones.
• Experience with ADP payroll platforms, Workday and HCM-to-payroll integration.
• Experience driving payroll standardization, automation or process simplification across multiple countries.
• Experience managing outsourced payroll providers, including SLA governance.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations, employment tax and statutory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience using payroll data and metrics to report on operational performance.
• Experience setting multi-year strategy for payroll/shared services and leading through change.
• Experience presenting to and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
• Payroll certification (CIPP/CPP/FPC) or Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Demonstrated AI skill development and staying current with emerging AI technologies.
• Adherence to responsible, ethical AI practices (risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality reviews).
• Knowledge of General Ledger, payroll-to-GL reconciliation or employee equity reporting.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/case management platforms.
• Ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact.
• Experience with payroll operating model transitions (outsourcing/shared services/BPO).
• Experience building operational reporting and dashboards using data analytics/visualization tools.
• Experience with Workday, ADP GlobalView (SAP) and ADP Celergo.
• Experience leading payroll operations across APAC, EMEA and LATAM.
