Johnson & Johnson MedTech invites recent graduates to join the GLOBAL OPERATIONS Leadership Development (GOLD) Program, a 2.5-year rotational program across our end-to-end supply chain. Start Summer 2027 with a pathway to leadership in operations, procurement, planning, and logistics.

Participants gain on-the-job experience, formal training, and cross-site exposure across EU campuses, benefiting from global networking and structured learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field as listed.
• High academic achievement demonstrated by university performance.
• Interest in exploring multifunctional assignments across a global supply chain.
• Professional experience in a relevant business area is preferred but not required.
• EU geographic flexibility is mandatory over the course of the program and at graduation.
• Authorized to work permanently in the EU without sponsorship.
• Eligible to begin full-time employment no later than Summer 2027 to align with the program start.

Responsibilities

• Participating in planning, production and distribution of products and services.
• Maintaining or improving manufacturing cost, efficiency, capacity, and compliance.
• Collaborating with internal customers and external vendors to drive key decisions.
• Learning about designing or redesigning new products.
• Maintaining quality and regulatory compliance.
• Understanding impact on the customer experience and keeping the customer central.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, business management, data science, biotechnology, health sciences and technology, or engineering
