Job summary

Foodhub is seeking an exceptional Chief Operating Officer to join the Executive Leadership Team and drive the next phase of global operational growth. This role balances strategy with hands-on execution to build scalable systems across the UK, Ireland, USA, ANZ and India.

You will partner with the CEO, lead cross-functional teams, and shape an operating model that enables rapid international expansion while delivering exceptional experiences for customers and restaurant partners.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to shape and execute a scalable global operating strategy.
• Drive operational excellence across international markets and functions.
• Ensure alignment of all departments with commercial objectives.
• Advise the Executive Leadership Team on performance and transformation initiatives.
• Build collaboration across Operations, Technology, Finance, Product, Commercial and Customer teams.
• Lead day-to-day operations across global markets and optimize processes for scale.
