Job summary

Grant Thornton Ireland is seeking an Order to Cash Specialist in Cork to ensure accurate cash application and maintain customer master data across several international markets. You will operate in a dynamic, compliant environment focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

You will handle MDG workflows, support multiple entities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve KPIs while ensuring SOX compliance and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in Accounts Receivable or Order to Cash, ideally in a Shared Service Centre.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or business.
• ERP experience in SAP/Oracle is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Cash application and customer master data maintenance across multiple international markets.
• Act as subject matter expert for MDG processes and customer creation workflows.
• Support multiple legal entities across the ACE region and ensure smooth financial operations.
• Collaborate with customer service, finance, and credit teams to resolve issues and deliver service.
• Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements while maintaining SOX compliance.
