Job summary

Moog Ireland is seeking a Program Manager to drive program leadership for new product developments and product introductions. You will build strong relationships with Moog Ireland’s key customers and coordinate with design groups both locally and remotely to ensure successful, on-time delivery across multiple functions.

The ideal candidate will have a university degree in engineering and 5–10 years in electronics/project management, with additional leadership training considered an asset.

Qualifications

• University degree or higher in Engineering or related discipline; 5–10 years electronics and project management experience.
• Courses in business, general management, project management or leadership skills would be an advantage.
• Program leadership of geographically spread multi-disciplinary teams.
• Production process within an electronics facility.
• Product development cycle for electronic products.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with Moog Ireland's key customers and act as customer advocate.
• Coordinate collaboration with design groups locally or remotely.
• Lead programs to meet quality, delivery, service and cost goals (100/100).
• Steer new product development, product introduction and support.
• Integrate activities across functions to ensure seamless delivery of new programs.
