Its international business operates across EMEA, APAC and Global Travel Retail, combining ambitious growth plans with a lean structure that gives marketers broad commercial and strategic responsibility.
Reporting to the Global Brand Director, Whiskey, the Global Marketing Manager will play a central role in the development and execution of Proximo's Irish whiskey portfolio strategy.
The position carries significant responsibility for Bushmills Irish Whiskey, including its global communications and cultural-engagement agenda, alongside regional priorities across EMEA, APAC and Global Travel Retail. The successful candidate will also contribute to important strategic work across other Proximo whiskey's, such as The Sexton.
This is a broad, hands-on marketing role spanning brand strategy, communications, packaging, innovation, commercial analysis and market execution. It requires someone capable of working effectively across senior leadership, agencies, international distributors and Proximo's teams at the Old Bushmills Distillery.

The role is based in Proximo Spirits' Dublin 2 office, with four days per week in the office as part of its hybrid working model. Periodic travel to the Old Bushmills Distillery and international markets is expected. An early start is preferred to allow for an effective handover.
