Deel seeks an M&A & Integration Specialist to support strategic growth through acquisitions and post-transaction integration. You will evaluate opportunities, build financial models, and lead valuation analyses across Deel's global platform.

Responsibilities include due diligence, cross-border tax considerations, and coordinating with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Payments, and Product teams to ensure smooth integration and reporting alignment.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, or advisory.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation experience including DCF, multiples, precedent transactions and football field valuations.
• Understanding of cross-border tax considerations, payments infrastructure, and regulatory frameworks.
• CPA qualification is advantageous; excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate potential acquisition opportunities aligned with Deel's strategic objectives
• Build and maintain financial models to assess transaction economics and investment returns
• Perform company valuation analysis including DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, and football field valuations
• Support due diligence processes including financial, operational, regulatory, tax, and legal analysis
• Coordinate with Finance, Tax, Legal, Compliance, Payments, and Product teams during transaction evaluation
• Develop integration plans across financial reporting, systems, and processes
• Monitor post-acquisition integration progress and identify risks
• Identify process improvements and operational synergies after acquisitions
