Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Senior leader for Long-Term Containment in Trust & Safety, based in Dublin. You will directly lead analysts responsible for durable containment of Violent Behaviours and Dangerous Actors, guiding escalation signals into broad mitigations across regions.

The role requires data-driven leadership, strategic thinking, and a focus on wellbeing. You will partner with policy, product, and operations to scale containment and drive long-term risk reduction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Trust & Safety, Risk, or adjacent integrity domains.
• Directly managing and developing a team of analysts across regions.
• Strong data fluency with ability to translate large datasets into insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Commitment to analyst well-being and trauma-informed operations.
• Experience with counter-terrorism or dangerous actors is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience embedding AI/LLM tooling into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the global long-term containment strategy for Violent Behaviors and Dangerous Actors harms, leading a multi-regional team of analysts.
• Manage performance, goals, and roadmap; track metrics like escalation and recurrence.
• Move from reactive handling to durable containment in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Define success measures and standardize methodologies for containment across regions.
• Represent the team to leadership and external safety organizations.
• Drive operational rigor across roadmap, headcount planning, and wellbeing.
