Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Drogheda, Ireland seeks a Business Support & CPS Communications Specialist to blend local site communications with global initiatives. You’ll partner with local leaders, craft content, manage events, and support PACS activities while coordinating with CPS and TI&SC teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years in internal communications, employee engagement, or related roles with stakeholder management.
• Ability to develop and execute communication plans and tailor messaging.
• Experience supporting leaders through planning, events, and admin processes.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; able to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the Drogheda site communications strategy aligned with CPS, TI&SC, and enterprise priorities.
• Develop and deliver plans and content for leadership visibility and employee engagement.
• Coordinate site events, leadership meetings, town halls, and community programs.
• Manage Drogheda PACS activities including governance, budgeting, and reporting.
• Provide administrative and operational support including purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and SAP-related activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional site activities with Facilities, Finance, IT, Security, and People & Culture.
• Support CPS communications strategy with content development and alignment with CPS and Coca-Cola Company.
• Create and manage integrated communications across CPS channels including Viva Engage.
