Job summary

Coca-Cola HBC is seeking a Business Support & CPS Communications Specialist in Drogheda, Ireland. The role blends local site communications, community affairs, and business support with global communications preparation and content development.

You will partner with local and global leaders to align messaging and strengthen engagement across the enterprise. Strong organization, proactive communication, and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, PR, marketing, HR, business admin or related field.
• 3+ years in internal communications, employee engagement, or related role with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to develop and execute communication plans and tailor messaging.
• Experience supporting leaders through planning, events, and administrative processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communications and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating events, meetings or community programmes.
• Proficient in MS 365 apps; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the communications strategy for the Drogheda site.
• Develop and deliver plans and content to support site priorities and engagement.
• Coordinate site events, leadership meetings, town halls, and community programmes.
• Manage Public & Community Affairs activities including governance, budgeting and reporting.
• Provide administrative and operational support including SAP-related activities.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Finance, IT and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support global CPS communications through content development and coordination.
