• Support end-to-end Executive Search assignments for senior leadership across international Life Sciences markets.
• Collaborate with Managing Director - International Operations on client mandates and development of international business.

• Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and contribute to business growth.
• Conduct market analysis, organisational mapping, and targeted headhunting across geographies.
• Identify, engage and assess high-calibre executives including passive candidates.
• Manage candidate assessment processes ensuring alignment of expertise, leadership, and culture.
• Provide market insights on leadership availability, trends, and competitor activity.

HRM Search Partners is a leading global Executive Search organisation headquartered in Dublin, Ireland. As part of our continued international growth strategy, we are seeking to appoint an Executive Search Consultant to join our International Operations team, based at our Dublin HQ.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director - International Operations, this role offers a unique opportunity to join the organisation at an important stage of its international expansion. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing our presence across global Life Sciences markets, with a particular focus on the United States - an important growth market for both HRM Search Partners and many of the organisations we support and where we currently operate.

Our core sector and expertise coverage includes Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Food and Beverage, and other related science-led and regulated industries and is considered our USP across the U.S. and other international markets. The role will involve partnering with ambitious, innovative and market-leading organisations as they build the leadership teams required to support growth, transformation and international expansion.

While the U.S. will be a central area of focus, the position will also provide exposure to Canada and key European markets, including Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark and the Nordic region.

The Role:

• Support and deliver end-to-end Executive Search assignments for senior, executive and leadership appointments across international Life Sciences markets.
• Partner closely with the Managing Director - International Operations on the delivery of client mandates and the continued development of HRM Search Partners' international business.
• Build a strong understanding of clients' business strategies, organisational structures, growth plans and leadership requirements.
• Develop trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Food and Beverage, and related sectors.
• Contribute to business growth by expanding your professional network, identifying new opportunities and developing a visible presence within the international Life Sciences community.
• Support the development of new client relationships and strategic international accounts, with a particular emphasis on the U.S. market.
• Collaborate with our internal Research Team to conduct detailed market analysis, organisational mapping and targeted headhunting across multiple geographies.
• Identify, engage and assess high-calibre executives and specialist leaders, including individuals who may not be actively considering a career move.
• Manage comprehensive candidate assessment processes, ensuring alignment across technical expertise, leadership capability, commercial impact and organisational culture.
• Deliver a high-touch and highly professional candidate experience throughout confidential and career-defining search processes.
• Provide clients with informed market insight relating to leadership availability, organisational trends, talent movement and competitor activity.
• Represent HRM Search Partners professionally in international markets, strengthening our reputation and credibility across the global Life Sciences sector.

Experience & Background:

• Proven experience within an Executive Search or a consultancy environment delivering senior-level, specialist retained solutions.
• Experience within Life Sciences, regulated industries or the U.S. recruitment market would be advantageous, but is not essential.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with senior clients and candidates.
• A genuine interest in the industries, technologies and organisations shaping the future of Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Food and Beverage, and related markets.
• Proven capability in sourcing and engaging high-calibre candidates through proactive, research-led and relationship-driven approaches.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing and consultative skills.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, with the confidence and motivation to help build a developing international market.
• The ability to operate effectively across different cultures, time zones and business environments.
