Job summary

Kerry’s Business Integrity and Legal Operations team in Ireland seeks a Senior Ethics & Compliance Manager to strengthen and operate Kerry’s global compliance program. You will oversee Speak Up investigations, third-party risk, and human rights readiness, partnering across Legal, Procurement, Sales, Finance, HR, and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in legal, compliance, risk or investigations role.
• Experience with Speak Up / whistleblowing investigations.
• Experience in third-party risk management and due diligence.
• Ability to design, implement and improve compliance controls and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of Kerry’s Speak Up investigations framework, ensuring timely, fair and well-documented handling of matters.
• Lead third-party risk management oversight, including controls and governance.
• Support Kerry’s Human Rights Compliance Program, including regulatory readiness activities.
• Develop reporting, metrics and insights to identify trends and gaps in compliance.
• Support audit readiness and governance with well-documented processes and evidence.
