Job summary

Teleflex is seeking a Project Manager for IT Global Applications to lead the LIMS migration within the broader ERP/MES/PLM/LIMS program. The role coordinates data migration, SAP ECC integration, validation, and vendor delivery while ensuring GxP compliance and business continuity for manufacturing and quality labs.

The ideal candidate has PMP or equivalent and 5+ years in project/program management, with strong IT rollout experience and fluent English. Travel around 10% is required.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and ability to present to senior stakeholders.
• Proven facilitation skills across multiple disciplines and geographies.
• Must be fluent in English, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed project plan with tasks, milestones, timelines and resources.
• Coordinate infrastructure, migration, data transfer and SAP ECC integration activities.
• Lead go-live planning and post-implementation support to minimize disruption.
• Manage change, training plans, and stakeholder communications throughout the project.
• Monitor KPIs, generate weekly progress reports and ensure quality documentation.
