Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled SAP S/4HANA/ MES functional specialist to support deployment across the Transcend program. You will provide hands-on support during solution confirmation, testing, and deployment while ensuring MES integration with PAS-X and PLM-driven processes.

Experience in regulated (GxP) environments and in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences sector is essential, with fluency in English and prior global ERP exposure being advantageous.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Hands-on functional experience in a regulated (GxP) environment.
• Experience supporting ERP or digital transformation initiatives, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Prior involvement in global ERP deployments (preferred).
• Experience with MES systems and SAP integration (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support deployment of Manufacturing Execution related capabilities within the Transcend SAP S/4HANA program.
• Provide hands-on functional support across solution confirmation, testing, and deployment activities.
• Support SAP-MES (PAS-X) integration activities, PLM-driven engineering change processes, master data validity checks, and Manufacture at Risk capabilities.
• Assist with functional validation of Manufacturing master data, process orders, BOMs, master recipes, and production versions.
• Document requirements, review designs, and validate alignment with the global template.
• Execute configuration support, data validation, and integration readiness activities.
• Prepare and execute Business Simulation Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
• Support defect triage, resolution, and retesting.
• Provide functional support during deployment and hypercare periods.
