Job summary

Citi Dublin is seeking an experienced Manager to lead the Dublin-based Client Service Team within CitiService Investor Services Operations. You will oversee leadership and strategic direction, manage senior client relationships, and drive change across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Manage a group of client service professionals servicing key Investor Services clients.
• Provide development opportunities and guidance to staff to ensure service excellence.
• Drive Citi's Leadership standards and foster a high-performing culture.
• Possess knowledge of Custody Business products (Settlements, Asset Servicing, Cash/FX, Tax, Third-Party Lending).
• Manage client inquiries, ensure timely responses, and escalate critical issues.
• Partner with other groups to design the future target operating model as CitiService grows in EMEA.
• Provide in-depth analysis to define root causes of client queries and develop innovative solutions.
