Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in finance operations, finance, accounting, asset management, accounts payable, and/or lease management.
• Experience working cross functionally across several teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure transactions: validate inputs, engage with vendors, create business cases, and drive contract execution with Legal partners.
• Support development of Master Service Agreements, Master Work Orders, Service Orders and contract amendments.
• Oversee procurement relationships and vendor onboarding / qualification, supplier engagement, and PO lifecycle management.
• Manage infrastructure operating expenses, including budget planning with finance and invoicing issues.
• Act as SME on commercial and contractual matters related to the contract portfolio.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis on supply plans, strategy docs, and stakeholder management.
