Bentley Systems is seeking a Process Documentation Specialist to transform HR into a standardized, automation-ready global function. You’ll turn fragmented process knowledge, including legacy documentation, SME input, and current practice, into clear, standardized process documentation that supports consistent service delivery, Workday enablement, self-service, and future automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Shared Services, HR Operations or process documentation.
• Strong ability to translate fragmented knowledge into clear documentation.
• Experience documenting HR processes with end-to-end flow and ownership.
• Familiarity with Workday, SharePoint, and knowledge management practices.

Responsabilités

• Create standardized HR process documentation using Bentley templates.
• Convert scattered materials into structured, high-quality documents.
• Document HRSS processes focusing on end-to-end flow, inputs, outputs, roles, and controls.
• Validate accuracy with HRSS, COEs, HRBPs, and Workday/HR Technology.
• Support global HRSS process inventory and governance model.
