Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking a Process Documentation Specialist to transform fragmented HR knowledge into standardized, global process documents. You will work with HRSS, COEs, HRBPs, and Workday to capture how work is done today and outline future-ready processes that enable automation and self-service.

You will convert inputs from SMEs and emails into clear documentation, ensure ownership and escalation points are defined, and help govern a global HRSS process inventory with quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, process documentation, or related operational excellence role.
• Strong experience documenting HR processes in a structured and standardized format.
• Demonstrated ability to translate fragmented process knowledge into clear, usable documentation.
• Experience with HR operations and employee lifecycle processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create clear, standardized HR process documentation using approved templates.
• Consolidate fragmented materials into structured, high-quality documents.
• Document HRSS processes focusing on end-to-end flow, inputs, outputs, roles, systems, and controls.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to validate process accuracy and ownership.
• Support the global HRSS process inventory and governance model.
