Job summary

Qualifications
- Extensive executive leadership experience in workforce planning and governance.
- Experience in large, global CRO/pharma or healthcare organizations is advantageous.
- Proven ability to partner with C-suite and drive enterprise-wide workforce strategy.
- Strong analytical, financial, and forecasting capabilities to guide decisions.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead global workforce planning and resource management strategy.
- Own enterprise demand forecasting, capacity planning, and deployment analytics.
- Lead Headcount Approval Process with governance standards and decision frameworks.
- Partner with CEO, Finance, and leaders to balance growth with operational realities.
- Drive transformation through process optimization, technology enablement, and advanced analytics.
