Job summary

Citco is seeking a senior Strategic Operations leader to steer the Operating Model & Product across Private Assets. You will own the Pod A portfolio, shape client-ready solutions, and partner with IT, Finance and Client teams to deliver scalable change.

You will drive adoption, governance, and recruitment to ensure long-term success. With 12–15 years in fund administration or related financial services, you will influence executive decision-making, manage complex programmes, and deliver

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering large-scale operating model or product re-engineering initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of private assets operating models, fund structures and end-to-end service models.
• Strong executive stakeholder management with credibility in front of clients and senior leadership.
• Commercial judgement to assess deliverable scope and pricing with clients.
• Portfolio and programme governance experience across multiple pods.
• Proven leadership of professionals and rotational colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Set direction for the Private Assets operating model and define how services run end to end.
• Lead Pod A priorities, balancing long-term work with near-term demand.
• Act as senior Operations voice in client pitches and strategic direction.
• Own the marquee solution reuse agenda across clients and drive rollout.
• Partner with Operations, IT and client teams to align change activity and remove duplication.
• Govern the pod portfolio including budgeting, risk and executive reporting.
• Establish plans for new client setup, transitions and complex implementations.
• Build and develop the pods, including rotational model and recruitment.
